Did some riding this past week, But, who could not have enjoyed weather in the mid to upper sixties at the end of Oct and beginning of Nov in the northern states! Miles are getting shorter and so are the days. I have enlisted a few people to help with the Veterans Assistance Fund ride/ Bike Blessing We are putting together. Got a letter the other day about Memorial Day Celebrations in May 2009, funny how some well placed words and actions can get things done. I am hoping well intentioned thoughts plan out. Was a good thing last year and as always we shall be there on Memorial Day in one capacity or another. Our weekend riding just over that weekend usually amounts to about 800 miles. Not a bad ride! Well, the Wall project is updated and anyone wishing to stop in to check it out can come and see at the Veterans Day service on November 11 at 11am.(former Plattsburgh AFB Oval) Come honor the Veterans just to remember them. The next bricks are laid and I see many names I know personally through my travels and family that have been in.
